My approach I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among other therapy types, to equip you with evidence-based tools that reduce your anxiety, improve mood, and build confidence in your own ability to handle all of life's challenges. My focus I specialize in treating teenagers and adults with depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. I have advanced training in trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT) that helps me to provide effective support for healing from traumatic events.
